Offered for sale is a truly superb retro Deco era ring (circa 1930s to 1940s) crafted beautifully in yellow gold.
A shimmering old mine cut diamond is embedded into a wonderfully ornate openwork rope mount. A simply stunning ring in lovely condition.
A delightful all original Deco piece (not reproduction) that would make a wonderful addition to your fine antique jewelry collection.
Particulars:
Weight: 6.8 grams
Stones: One approx. .20 carat old mine cut diamond and one piece of jade measuring 1mm in diameter are beautifully embedded into the mount. The diamond is estimated at I-J in color and VS2 in clarity.
Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 5 1/2 (sizable). The mount measures 3/4 of an inch in diameter and the ring rises 1/8 of an inch from the finger.
Metal & Hallmark: Solid 14k yellow gold.The ring is not hallmarked though it has tested positive for 14k gold.
